Key Responsibilities: Ensure guest room cleanliness, including thorough cleaning of bath and kitchen areas, vacuuming or washing floors, removing trash, and dusting/polishing furnishings. Maintain the cleanliness of outside areas around guest rooms, cleaning sliding doors, A/C grills, and windows, as well as disposing of trash. Keep all hotel areas up to company standards, demonstrating initiative even in areas not specifically assigned to you. Conduct visual inspections of guest rooms and public areas to verify quality in cleanliness and presentation. Promptly notify the supervisor of any safety or security violations and address guest concerns effectively. Efficiently operate housekeeping equipment and manage supplies by restocking your housekeeping cart as needed. Report room readiness to the head housekeeper or supervisor. Exhibit exceptional customer service skills during all guest interactions. Skills and Experience: At least 1 year of housekeeping experience with knowledge of standard operating procedures and techniques in the field. High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Any other combination of education, training, or experience that offers the essential skills and abilities.
