Start Date: Upon completion of credentialing Schedule: Full time with call 1 day a week and 1 weekend a month Shift Description: 7a-5p during the week/5:30p-7a call during the week/7a-7a weekend call Charting System/EMR: Plexus Average Number of Surgical Cases per day: 25 Trauma Level/Designation: 3 Annual ER Volume: 23,555 Description of OR Staff: Four part-time MDA's and three full-time CRNAs Number of Operating Rooms: 5 Certification Requirements: BLS, ACLS, and PALS Patient Age Demographic: All Ages Will call be in house?
