Permanent CRNA Position Type: Permanent Specialty: Anaesthesia Location: Findlay, OH Rate: Open & Negotiable Shift: Self-scheduling, 8 or 12-hour shifts, part-time or full-time Start Date: to be discussed during interview End Date: Ongoing Position Details: • Patient Population: Adult and paediatric cases, low-risk obstetrics • Setting: Hospital and Surgery Center • Responsibilities: Anaesthesia services across multiple specialties, including ENT, general surgery, orthopaedics, neurosurgery, gynaecology, and more • Required Procedures: General anaesthesia, regional blocks, paediatrics, OB • EMR System: Not specified • Support Staff: Care team model with a mix of CRNAs and physicians • Days Per Month: Flexible, based on part-time or full-time status • On-Call/Weekends: Yes, as per schedule Compensation and Benefits: • 1099 Service Agreement (Hourly): o Base rate: $190/hr o regional blocks stipend: $5/hr o Paediatrics stipend: $5/hr o Total hourly base with stipends: $200/hr o Total annual compensation (Full-Time): $325K-$345K • Full-Time Hospital Employed (Salary): o Base compensation: $238K-$260K (based on experience) o OB, Paediatrics, Regional blocks stipends: $5K each o 403(b) with 4% match starting Year 2: $8K o 8 weeks/320 hours of vacation o Dues/Subscriptions/CME/Board Certification: $4K o Signing bonus: $20K (student loan support of $100K over 5 years) o Paid holidays and birthday pay o Overtime and call-back rate: $200/hr o On-call rate (night): $250/night o On-call rate (weekend day): $1,200/day o Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, malpractice coverage o Sick time accrual: 600 hours full-time Submission Requirements: • Board Certified CRNA REQUIRED • OH License (or willingness to obtain) REQUIRED • Part-time/Full-time & W2/1099 preference REQUIRED • Clean malpractice and license REQUIRED Join us today!
