Job Summary and Qualifications The Coordinator leads and facilitates the development of quality initiatives and is responsible for all programmatic responsibilities including but not limited to: Essential Accountabilities: Staff member will use evidence based practice while collaborating with medical and hospital staff, while also analyzing data and improving processes. Participate and lead committees and teams and work with team members timely on action plans to improve quality outcomes. Staff member will be able to problem solve and use appropriate resources as well as communicating effectively. If RN, Effective 3/1/18 Bachelor of Science in Nursing OR enroll in a BSN or advanced degree program within 6 months AND obtain a BSN within 4 years of hire date into RN position.
