Job Description
- The Production Planning Analyst plays a pivotal role in optimizing data management and coordinating Labor and Capacity Review processes to ensure they meet the highest standards. By crafting insightful reports, the analyst empowers production teams to make quicker, more informed decisions, thereby improving performance tracking and efficiency indicators.
Core Responsibilities
- Capacity Review and Analysis Responsible: Deliver comprehensive and reliable capacity review figures and scenarios essential for strategic long-term decision-making.
- Labor Management Database Ownership: Maintain and update the Master Plan database, ensuring all critical information for handling packing labor is accurate and current.
- Proposal Development & Improvement Implementation: Formulate strategic proposals based on analytical findings to recommend improvements(processes, tools, new reporting solutions…) and innovative solutions that align with business objectives.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Foster positive relationships and collaborate optimally with other departments to ensure flawless operations.
- Detailed Data Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses with meticulous attention to detail to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights that drive business improvement.

- Data Analytics. (High level of Knowledge in Systems and data analysis tools.)
- Lean Manufacturing knowledge.
- Production Control and Planning, Capacity Management.
- Advance English communication.
