Dental Hygienist - Community Health Clinic Health Partners - Waldorf, MD / Nanjemoy , MD About Us Health Partners is a non-profit primary care and dental clinic providing compassionate, high-quality care to the uninsured, as well as Medicaid, Medicare, and some commercial insurance recipients. With offices in Waldorf and Nanjemoy, we are committed to serving the Southern Maryland community. We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a professional who values patient education, continuity of care, and working in a supportive community health environment. Schedule, Part Time 2 days per week with 8-hour shifts, Monday - Friday Compensation & Benefits: $45-60 per hour, determined on experience Competitive benefits package including 401(k), medical, dental, and vision insurance, and paid time off Responsibilities Perform prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, and polishing Take and process dental X-rays Apply fluoride and sealants Assess oral health, chart conditions, and update patient records Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care Sterilize instruments and maintain treatment rooms Administer local anesthetics (as permitted by state regulations) What We're Looking For Licensed Dental Hygienist in Maryland Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred Strong communication and patient education skills Compassionate, professional, and reliable Ability to work in a community health setting and travel between locations as needed Why Join Us?
