Division Marriott Del Mar Description The Bus Person will efficiently and discreetly support the dining experience by maintaining cleanliness, replenishing supplies, and assisting wait staff, ensuring seamless food service and a positive, memorable guest experience. HOW YOU'LL SHAPE THE EXPERIENCE & FUTURE Quickly and quietly carry dirty dishes from the dining room to the kitchen/dishroom. Replace soiled table linens and reset tables with silverware and glassware. Replenish clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes in the dining room. Decorate and restock the service bar with food items, utensils, and dishes. Serve ice water and butter to guests. Clean and polish sneeze guards, glass shelves, service bar equipment, and dispensers. Assist wait staff as directed by management to ensure timely guest service. Take initiative to greet guests warmly and professionally. Other duties as assigned.
