As the Technical Product Manager for our Retail Store Technology-Indirect platforms, you'll be at the heart of our mission to expand our brand and grow our 5G network. You'll partner with key stakeholders and business partners to bring innovative solutions to life and help us dominate the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Retail Store Technologies
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from defining features and prioritizing initiatives to ensuring successful execution and delivery
- Serve as a technical expert for backend platform growth and strategic IT capabilities
- Collaborate closely with business, technology, design, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution
- Build product backlog to balance business value, usability, and risk
Skills, Experience and RequirementsEducation and Experience:
- BA/BS in a technical or business discipline (information systems, engineering, computer science, or business administration)
- 2-4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Systems Analyst
Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (specifically Amazon Cloud), APIs, database management, and platform integrations; experience with telecom ordering systems and understanding of Retail Store Technologies or indirect dealer systems and their interdependencies
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience with tools like JIRA or CA Agile Centra; skilled in decomposing business requirements into technical user stories, managing product backlogs, and executing on a strategic roadmap
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate customer needs and market trends
- The ability to navigate between high-level strategic planning and day-to-day tactical execution
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with high intellectual curiosity and initiative

Salary RangesCompensation: $83,160.00/Year - $106,920.00/Year
