Job Summary As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to our residents in long-term care. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering resident-centered nursing care based on individual care plans Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal support Monitoring and documenting residents' vital signs and health status Supporting residents during meals and promoting their dining experience Helping residents with mobility and exercises to enhance their physical well-being Maintaining cleanliness in residents' living areas to ensure a pleasant environment Engaging residents in wellness and recreational programs You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) and are expected to follow all infection prevention and control policies. Your communication skills will be critical in conveying changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team.
