Completion of an accredited certified nursing assistant program is essential. Fingerprint clearance and a negative TB skin test or chest x-ray are mandatory. A minimum of one (1) year of relevant hands-on experience is preferred. Your Essential Duties: Provide vital hygiene assistance, including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, feeding, and changing linens. Support patients with mobility and encourage their involvement in outdoor activities and scheduled events. Monitor and accurately document vital signs, along with height and weight measurements. Assist patients with both active and passive range of motion exercises as per their care plans, document observations, and report any changes to the Resident Care Coordinator promptly. Ensure a safe and nurturing environment that enhances the quality of patient care by following established policies and procedures. Employment Type: We offer both full-time and part-time positions to fit your needs. Compensation: Starting pay is $15.75/hr, with potential earnings up to $37/hr based on experience and qualifications.
