Job Description: Position Responsibilities: Set up tables and ensure serving and cleaning procedures are in accordance with the Culinary Services manual Develop familiarity with and convey the daily food and dessert menus Maintain professionalism and hospitality towards Residents at all times Accurately complete resident checks Keep the dining room and work area tidy and organized at all times Adhere to daily sanitation cleaning schedules Stay attentive to the preferences of Residents while serving and notify the host/hostess of any issues promptly Participate in in-service training sessions with colleagues to enhance knowledge in the field Coordinate and collaborate with coworkers to ensure a seamless operation Perform job-related duties or special projects as assigned by the Host/Hostess or Dining Room Supervisor Qualifications: Available to work flexible hours and days, including weekends and holidays Minimum of six months experience as waitstaff in an upscale hotel or restaurant Ability to pass a CORI background check and physical exam including TB test Effective communication skills in both verbal and written forms Working Conditions and Physical Demands: Capable of standing for long periods and walking short distances Frequent stooping, reaching, and lifting Work environment is clean, well-lit, and well-ventilated Potential work hazards include cuts, burns, slips, and falls Adhere to uniform policy and maintain good personal hygiene Remote Type Salary Range: $16.16 - $24.99
