Base pay will depend on the applicant's skills and experience, and this role is eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Responsibilities As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will work closely with community management to deliver personalized care and updates on resident status at each shift's start and end. Check in with residents, assist with their dining and personal care needs, and perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures per community policy. Support residents in activities of daily living (showers, bathroom assistance, dressing/grooming).
