Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Working with PO and lead in the development of the requirements as per the solution design provided
- Handle Amdocs Kenan Billing configurations,
- Support functional testing, SIT, UAT, production releases
- Troubleshoot and fix production issues
- Handle the bill run activities, resolve the Production Incidents, work on clearing the error CDRs, fix the billing errors.
- Perform the application Monitoring, handle the alarms, perform daily health checks, proactively identify the problems and resolve it.
- Perform the Invoice validations and publish the report to the management and stakeholders.
- Environment maintenance activities and support the required teams for any upgrade activities like EKS cluster upgrade etc.
- Should be able to independently handle the Amdocs Kenan Operations activities and resolve the issues related to all the Kenan modules.
- Reconcile the CDRs and inform the upstream in case of drastic reduction in the usage files.
- Monitor the PODs and make sure the same are running successfully.
- Perform the sprint deployments in TEST and PROD environments.
- Create a problem ticket to the Development team for code/configuration fixes and closely work with the Development team to get the problem tickets handled and deployed in Prod.
- Fix the production incidents permanently by identifying the Root Cause and publish the RCA document.
- Closely work with Amdocs R&D team to get the core Product bugs fixed.
- Perform the post bill run activities and make sure all the reports are delivered to required stakeholders/teams.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
- Experience of 4 to 7 years with minimum of 4+ years in Amdocs Kenan billing development and Operations
- Should be well versed with the Kenan configurations related to the different modules of Kenan including Usage processing, Billing & Invoicing (BIP, BIF), Payments, and Journals
- Experience in Kenan API-TS, Kenan configurations, clearing MIU errors
- Should have the good Kenan Operations experience
- Candidate should be ready to work in the DevOps model by handling operations support and maintenance activities.
- Support in resolving the technical issues reported for the production environment
- Proficient in PL/SQL, Shell scripting or any other scripting
- Exposure to AWS, CI/CD, DevOps will be an advantage
- Candidate should have strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Should have mindset for AI knowledge absorption and use it in day to day life
