oForklift Driver- Permanent Part-time, 60hrs/fortnight based in the External Warehouse (Abbotsford)

About this work area
As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
•Picking, packing and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs.
•Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment of your assigned area to maintain stock levels and meet the needs of our customers.
•Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues.
•Using different types of forklifts and machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks.
•Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse.
•Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required.
As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker you are, or you have:
•A passion for optimising supply chain and fulfilment operations.
•A ‘Togetherness’ mindset where you’ll work closely with your team and other departments to secure the best possible outcome for the customers.
•Ability to collaborate, yet also be able to work independently.
•An energetic approach as you will be on your feet all day.

•A safe mindset, and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling, including heavy, repetitive lifting.
