Vị trí Nhân viên Hệ thống Kho làm việc theo ca, chịu trách nhiệm thực hiện các giao dịch trên hệ thống quản lý kho (COMBI), đảm bảo dữ liệu tồn kho chính xác và hỗ trợ kế hoạch sản xuất, tuân thủ quy định về chất lượng và an toàn.

Công việc chính/ Key responsibilities:
Hiểu về hệ thống quản lý kho, quy trình và luồng công việc để thực hiện các giao dịch trên hệ thống COMBI 2.0 (SAP). / Knowledge of warehouse managements system, processes and workflows to carry out transactions in COMBI 2.0 (SAP).
Lên kế hoạch sản xuất cho từng nhân viên vận hành kho. / Prepares production plans for individual warehouse operators.
Kiểm tra tình trạng sẵn sàng của đơn hàng theo kế hoạch sản xuất và theo hệ thống COMBI (ZG35/ZG802). /Checks the readiness of orders according to the production plan and according to COMBI (ZG35/ZG802).
Thông báo cho Nhân viên kho về các thay đổi trong kế hoạch sản xuất và xác định nguyên nhân đơn hàng chưa hoàn thành. / Informs Warehouse Lead Operator about changes in the production plan and ascertains the reasons for incomplete orders.
Thông báo cho Nhân viên kho về các rủi ro/vấn đề có thể xảy ra với từng đơn hàng (thiếu nguyên vật liệu, nhà cung cấp giao nguyên vật liệu vào phút cuối). / Informs Warehouse Lead Operator about possible risks/problems with individual orders (lack of material, material is to arrive at the last minute from the supplier).
Đặt thêm nguyên vật liệu phục vụ sản xuất. / Orders extra material for production.
Thực hiện điều chỉnh nguyên vật liệu trên hệ thống và ghi nhận điều chỉnh vào hồ sơ. / Performs system regulation of material and then records the regulation in the Regulation file.
Kiểm tra trên hệ thống và thực tế hàng hóa trả lại, chuyển nguyên vật liệu đến đúng khu vực, sau đó thông báo cho Trưởng ca/ Nhân viên điều phối về các lỗi do nhân viên vận hành hoặc các bộ phận khác gây ra. / Systematic and physical control of returned goods transfer of materials to the correct building, subsequently informs SL/TC about errors caused by operators or other departments devices.
Phối hợp với các bộ phận khác: Chịu trách nhiệm đáp ứng các yêu cầu từ bộ phận QA (theo dõi, hoàn trả và bốc xếp nguyên vật liệu). / Other departments: Responsible for meeting the requirements of the QA/jail department (tracking material, depicking and loading material).
Tìm kiếm vật liệu theo yêu cầu sản xuất / Searching for material during a production request.
Vận hành xe nâng. / Drives forklifts of different kind.
Tuân thủ các quy định an toàn, đặc biệt khi vận hành xe nâng / He/She fully complies with all safety regulations, especially when it comes to driving a forklift.
Tuân thủ quy trình làm việc, giữ gìn trật tự nơi làm việc và tất cả các quy định về an toàn, vệ sinh lao động / Comply with work procedures, order in the workplace and all safety and hygiene rules.
Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý các thiết bị và tài sản khác của công ty trong khu vực được giao / Is responsible for entrusted handling equipment, work tools and other company property in the entrusted section.
Báo cáo kịp thời tình hình kho vận/ các trường hợp không tuân thủ cho cấp trên/ Report logistic situation/non-compliance cases to the leader in time.
Hoàn thành các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của cấp trên. / Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.
Tuân thủ 5S. / Comply with 5S.
Yêu cầu công việc/ Do you have what it takes?
Tốt nghiệp THPT trở lên/ Secondary vocational school / High school.
Ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc tại Kho/ Experience in WH min. 1 year.
Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng/ Experience with WMS (SAP preferably).
Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt/ Good communication skills.
Không bị mù màu/ Good eyesight (no colorblind).
Thái độ tốt/ Positive attitude.
Hợp tác và làm việc nhóm tốt / Good collaboration and teamwork.
Có khả năng và sẵn sàng học hỏi kiến thức mới/ Willingness and ability to learn new things.
Chủ động tiếp cận vấn đề/ Active and proactive approach.
Có khả năng nhận biết và báo cáo vấn đề cho cấp trên / Ability to recognize and report a problem.
Linh hoạt, có khả năng thích ứng và chấp nhận thay đổi / Flexibility, ability to adapt and accept changes.
Chịu được áp lực trong công việc/ Stress resistance.
Sử dụng cơ bản Microsoft Office (Excel, v.v.)/ Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, etc).
Hiểu biết ở mức trung cấp về hệ thống kho/ Intermediate-Level Understanding of Warehouse Systems.
Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong môi trường sản xuất/ Experience working in manufacturing environment.
Nếu có kinh nghiệm và chứng chỉ xe nâng là lợi thế/ Nice to have - Forklift driving licence and experience.
