The Channel & Shopper Marketing (CSM) team will be at the forefront of driving dynamic and impactful marketing strategies across both online and offline channels. The CSM team will support all LEGO campaigns and critical customer initiatives, ensuring our brand shines brightly everywhere. By staying closely connected to our consumers, the team will build a cohesive and engaging marketing experience that drives growth and excitement for LEGO China across all channels.
The key purpose of this role is to further develop the joint sales and marketing partnership with customers. This role requires comprehensive understanding of eComm business for branded retail (Tmall as key focus), great skills of portfolio and campaign planning and executions.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Tmall marketing campaigns, including Mega Campaigns (e.g., SBD, Double 11) and product launches, to strengthen brand presence and drive audience engagement.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, including traffic and conversion metrics, to generate actionable insights and provide data-driven optimization recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with channel teams to identify new business opportunities within channel and translate them into impactful initiatives.
- Create brand- and shopper-focused online product assets and content that improve visibility and support conversion.
- Maintain strong communication with platform marketing teams and ensure timely application and activation of platform resources.
Do you have what it takes?
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred and MBA or master as a plus.
- 5+ years of solid experience in marketing or EC related area would be preferred
- Proven experience in eCommerce marketing.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce landscape, especially Taobao, Tmall.
- Solid analytical skills with data driven mentality.
- Ability to lead and work under complex internal & external team setup.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong collaborative relationships with business leaders and partners at senior levels to ensure alignment and synergy across different functions.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin in both oral and written.
