Position Purpose The Customer Service Team Member will deliver exceptional service and ensure a memorable dining experience for customers. Key responsibilities include food preparation, cleanliness maintenance, order processing, and handling customer payments with professionalism. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with team members and management to meet operational goals and create a positive work environment. Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders. Strive to exceed customer satisfaction and expectation consistently. Prepare food items following company recipes and procedures accurately. Efficiently process and assemble customer orders, ensuring correct order delivery. Utilize suggestive selling techniques to enhance customer experience and drive sales. Handle cash transactions professionally by strictly following cash handling procedures. Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness policies to maintain a safe environment. Assist in maintaining beverage stations, dish washing, and inventory management. Keep the restaurant clean and organized, including dining areas and restrooms. Address customer feedback with positivity, and relay concerns to management when necessary for resolution. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support restaurant operations. Qualifications To perform effectively in this role, candidates must demonstrate a willingness to learn and accommodate various duties as required. Certifications Achieve Food Handler Certification promptly upon hiring, adhering to company policies and local regulations. Education and Experience While prior experience in customer service or food service is beneficial, it is not mandatory.
