Position Overview Join us as an Endoscopy Associate Clinical Expert, where you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing the efficiency of Fujifilm's endoscopy equipment within healthcare environments. In this vital position, you will independently provide unmatched customer support and training, ensuring that all users can optimally manage the endoscopy technology available to them. You will serve as an on-site specialist, providing hands-on assistance while collaborating closely with medical staff including physicians, technicians, and nurses. Reporting to the Zone Sales Director or Regional Manager, you will be integral in maintaining and maximizing the performance of Fujifilm’s products in diverse healthcare settings. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary training resource for Fujifilm's equipment, delivering continuous education to healthcare clients. Provide personalized client support post-sale, which includes: Setting up and supporting Fujifilm video tower/system installations. Inspecting, troubleshooting, and maintaining all Fujifilm equipment. Monitoring repair transactions and providing support as needed. Conducting case observations and ongoing staff training on Fujifilm technology. Independently manage the client's Fujifilm equipment, identifying areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency. Serve as the primary point of contact regarding repair histories, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing preventative strategies. Compile and deliver comprehensive reports to management detailing training progress, usage metrics, and trends to enhance strategic decisions and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships. Analyze and present data-driven insights to support optimal staff training and monitor installation progress. Maintain meticulous customer data for integration into future database applications. Represent Fujifilm at local, regional, and national trade shows as requested. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures and comply with applicable FDA and ISO regulatory requirements. Qualifications: A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. At least 2 years of field sales or clinical experience is desired. Prior knowledge of GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy and experience in advanced therapeutic procedures is a strong plus. Proficiency in using computers and software applications including Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information. Ability to troubleshoot Fujifilm endoscopy equipment and determine root causes of issues. Strong time management and decision-making skills for effective customer training utilization. Ability to present information confidently to small groups. Familiarity with basic mathematical concepts related to discount calculations. Physical Requirements: Ability to use hands for manipulation, including keyboard use. Ability to stand, talk, and hear effectively. Capability to lift and carry up to 25-50 lbs. Close vision abilities to see clearly at short distances. Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time across the assigned region.
