We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home.
Please note: This role is based in our Copenhagen HUB, and no relocation is offered.
You will offer operational support for the business areas of two Vice Presidents, including calendar and travel management.
As a Senior Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Global Membership & Personalisation Team, reporting directly to the Vice President of M&P.
Core Responsibilities:
- Overall ownership of the M&P Program Governance calendar, through management and prioritisation of meetings, events and communications.
- Lead the process to prepare M&P Program related materials and presentations for leadership meetings, team meetings, Town Halls, seminars, collaboration meetings and similar.
- Drive and coordinate the M&P Program stakeholder communication plan, to ensure regular business updates towards key stakeholders and other business units.
- Drive and coordinate key M&P related business meetings; planning and scheduling the events, preparing the agenda, practicalities and materials, communicating meeting’s minutes and maintaining action logs.
- Provide operational support for the program governance as part of the M&P Group strategy, including investment forums, steering groups and work streams.
- Additionally provide business support (including calendar & travel management) for the Vice President of Membership & Personalisation and Vice President of Trade & Shopper Marketing.
- Support Global Core Processes - People, Finance & Comms plan (e.g. System support, PO support, track various spending, etc.) and ad-hoc projects.
Play your part in our team succeeding
You are responsible for delivering organizational, communication, and operational support to the M&P program and its governance. Key duties include managing the M&P program calendar, developing and executing stakeholder communications plans, preparing for key meetings such as steering group sessions, ELT and Board reviews, and other program-related events. Collaborating with key cross functional teams across Markets & Channels (M&C), Product Marketing Development (PMD) and Digital Technology (DT).
Do you have what it takes:
- Demonstrated experience in a relevant or similar role, ideally within a complex environment in a global organisation, with multiple key stakeholders.
- Experience of leading business program support and operations efficiently and effectively.
- A high level of expertise in MS Office suites, especially Outlook, OneNote, SharePoint, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to independently plan and manage own work producing results with high quality and completing tasks within a given timeframe.
- Strong structured problem solving & communication capabilities.
- Excel at communicating with senior stakeholders (written & oral); able to convey simple recommendations based on solid foundation.
- Experience working in a global multi-cultural manufacturing company with a complex channel mix (D2C and B2B).
- As a person you are positive and solution-oriented; you are a true team player, whilst also able to work independently, and setting clear direction; you have an inherent drive and excels at stakeholder management and influencing stakeholders.
