How you'll make an impact in this role Deliver compassionate bedside care by assisting patients with daily activities, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety throughout their recovery. Monitor and interpret patient vitals to provide real-time updates to the clinical team, acting as a vital link in maintaining patient stability. Document the patient journey with precision to ensure the care team has a clear, high-quality record of observations and clinical responses. Collaborate on personalized care plans by sharing clinical observations and test results with preceptors to help tailor treatments to individual patient needs. Facilitate seamless patient transitions by preparing and transporting individuals for diagnostics, ensuring they feel supported and informed during every step of their visit. What minimum requirements you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: High school diploma/GED required. Must be accepted or enrolled into a Nursing program upon date of hire/transfer and begin classes within 90 days of date of hire/transfer required.
