What You'll Do: Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Monitor and report on residents' physical and emotional well-being, noting any changes in condition or behavior to nursing staff. Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment, including bed making and room tidying while following infection control practices. Assist nursing staff with treatments, procedures, and proper documentation as required. Build positive relationships with residents and families, promoting dignity and quality of life. What You'll Need: Completed high school education. Active MA CNA license in good standing. Proficiency in English for reading, writing, and following instructions.
