We welcome newly fully licensed therapists! About The Employer: Global Outreach Tele-Rehabilitation Services, Inc. is dedicated to improving access to high-quality mental healthcare. We serve clients managing mild to moderate anxiety and depression, utilizing a variety of evidence-based interventions via video conferencing or in-person at our private location. The Role: As a contractor, you will provide therapeutic care during regularly scheduled hours of your choice, making it flexible and fee-for-service. You will operate as an Independent Licensed Therapist responsible for diagnosing, managing, and treating clients. Responsibilities include: Conducting diagnostic assessments Providing counseling and psychotherapy Conducting weekly/biweekly follow-up treatment sessions Implementing behavior modification strategies Collaborating with case management as needed You should be proficient in various psychotherapy modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, IPT, and psychodynamic therapy. It's essential to monitor client responses using data-driven approaches and to adapt your methods to fit each client’s unique needs. Special Certifications (Not required): MST (Military Sexual Trauma) CBT-I EMDR Spanish Speaking Requirements: A passion for independent work and using good judgment in providing care Strong diagnostic and clinical skills Competency with EMR and remote communication technology Compassionate and empathetic approach towards patients Excellent interpersonal and problem-resolution skills No history of medical malpractice claims, verified by a third party Authorization to work in the U.S. Minimum of 8 hours of availability per week A private workspace to ensure confidentiality Required Qualifications: Active license with at least one year of post-licensure experience Experience in evidence-based psychotherapies Residing in North Carolina Flexible work-from-home options available
