As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional, patient-centered care in alignment with departmental standards and best practices. Collaborating with our medical team, you will provide individualized and compassionate care, ensuring a superior patient experience and positive clinical outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Assess the patient's condition upon admission and throughout shifts, promptly recognizing and reporting any changes. Execute procedures and monitoring prescribed by medical providers, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of care in patient records. Administer prescribed medications, monitor patient therapeutic responses, and act swiftly in case of adverse reactions. Deliver outstanding care by promptly responding to patient requests, proactively anticipating needs, and addressing concerns. Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, side effects, and necessary follow-up, ensuring they fully understand the information provided. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing required or enrollment in a BSN program with completion within 5 years of hire. RNs with 10 years or more experience may qualify for exemptions. Preferred Education: Master's degree in Nursing. Licensure/Certifications: Current RN license with the North Carolina Board of Nursing and BLS certification required. eNLC license may apply. Preferred certification in specialty area.
