Your Responsibilities Patient Care: Engage with patients to deliver safe and effective dialysis treatments. This includes conducting thorough physical assessments before and after treatments, monitoring patients throughout their sessions, and managing medication profiles as per physician directives. Team Collaboration: Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient assessment and care planning. You will also assist in meeting staffing requirements in line with the regulatory standards. Commitment to Safety & Quality: Follow all company protocols and legal regulations diligently. Participate in staff meetings and ongoing education to enhance your skills and knowledge. What We’re Looking For Current nursing license in the applicable state. Ability to accurately distinguish all primary colors. Preferred: One or more years of nursing experience, with a focus on dialysis.
