This full-time role aims to provide high-quality, accessible mental health services. We welcome both newly licensed and seasoned therapists, with salary based on experience. As a therapist, you will offer psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families while respecting cultural backgrounds. We provide a hybrid model of service delivery, including telehealth and optional in-person sessions at our office locations. SCCH manages all billing, credentialing, marketing, and administrative tasks, allowing you to concentrate on client care. Work Location: This position allows for remote work, with opportunities for in-person sessions at our facilities. Current locations include: Main Office: Honolulu O ahu Satellite Offices: Wahiaw , Pearl City, and two additional Honolulu sites Neighbor Islands: Hawaii Island, Maui, Kaua'i, and Molokai offices in development; remote work available for neighbor island clinicians Primary Responsibilities: Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families following professional and ethical standards Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record Engage in biweekly supervision and case consultations with the Clinical Director and peers Collaborate with internal and external care providers as needed Participate in workshops, outreach, or community programs hosted by SCCH Comply with confidentiality requirements and agency policies Qualifications: Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Social Work Active licensure in Hawaii as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW No minimum experience required post-licensure Commitment to serving diverse populations, including rural communities and low-income individuals Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records preferred Compensation and Benefits: Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience Medical Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, including alternative medicine options and $10/month gym memberships Paid Leave: 10 vacation days and 10 sick days each year Professional Development: Support for continuing education provided Support Services: SCCH offers credentialing, billing, and marketing services free of charge Workload Expectations: Full-time therapists typically handle a caseload of 26-30 therapy sessions weekly, ensuring a balance between therapist well-being and client needs.
