What You'll Do: Deliver expert podiatric care to residents in various long-term and senior care settings. Assess, diagnose, and treat conditions affecting the feet and lower limbs. Provide diabetic foot care, focus on wound prevention, and educate residents on mobility. Collaborate closely with facility staff to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care. Engage in Medicare quality programs to achieve optimal outcomes. Record patient visits using NextGen EMR on a company-issued iPad. What We're Looking For: A Master's degree and completion of an accredited NP program (required). An active RN license and NP certification (ANCC or AANP required). 2-5 years of experience in podiatry preferred. Experience in long-term care or nursing home settings preferred. BLS certification is required; ACLS certification is preferred. A proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent environment. Compensation: Your earnings will be based on a percentage of the revenue generated through billing and collections. Anticipated annual earnings range from $22,000 to $34,000 per week worked (e.g., 1 day/week = $22,000-$34,000 annually; up to 5 days/week = $110,000-$170,000 annually). Actual earnings will depend on caseload, patient volume, services provided, and billing performance. A detailed overview of the compensation structure will be discussed during the interview.
