Qualifications Education: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or higher from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Licensure: Active New York State Nurse Practitioner License (Required). Certification: Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner. Experience: New graduates are welcome to apply. Language: Bilingual in Mandarin Technical Skills: Proficiency in comprehensive patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and documentation. Comfort with point-of-care testing and portable medical equipment. Soft Skills: Highly independent, excellent clinical judgment, strong communication skills, compassionate, and adaptable to different home environments. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations in patients' homes. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions. Develop and implement individualized care plans. Prescribe medications and treatments within the NP scope of practice. Order and interpret diagnostic tests. Provide patient and family education on health maintenance and disease management. Coordinate care with primary care physicians and other healthcare providers. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient encounters.
