Qualifications: Education: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or higher from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Licensure: Active New York State Nurse Practitioner License (Required). Certification: Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner. Experience: Must have prior working experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an Otolaryngology (ENT) setting. Technical Skills: Proficiency in ENT-specific patient assessments, diagnosis (e.g., hearing loss, sinus issues), treatment planning, and minor office procedures. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, detail-oriented, team player, and compassionate with patients of all ages. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive care to patients with ear, nose, and throat conditions. Perform patient evaluations, diagnose ENT disorders, and develop treatment plans. Assist with or perform minor office-based ENT procedures. Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as audiograms and imaging.
