We are expanding and looking for a compassionate, bilingual Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (Spanish-speaking) who wants to grow clinically while making a meaningful impact. What You'll Do Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management across the lifespan. Deliver care through a hybrid model (in-office telehealth). Collaborate with therapists, case managers, and leadership in a team-based environment. Utilize measurement-based care and evidence-based interventions. Educate patients and families to support long-term recovery and wellness. Maintain timely, high-quality clinical documentation using our EMR system. Participate in case conferences and interdisciplinary treatment planning. Qualifications Licensed (or license-eligible) Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Maryland. Fluent in Spanish (required). Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
