Job Specifics Location : 744 S Webster Ave, Green Bay, WI 54301 FTE Status : Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available Work Schedule : NOC shifts (8-hour shifts; 12-hour shifts upon request), with an every other weekend rotation and holiday rotation per department policy Unit Description : Our Ortho/Neuro unit consists of 30 beds. Orthopedic surgery patients mainly undergo total joint replacements, including hips, knees, and shoulders. Typically, these patients are discharged on the day of surgery and are expected to transition to the surgical center eventually. Opportunities for cross-training are available for those interested in the surgical center. The neurosurgery patients undergo procedures involving the spine, neck, and brain, with common surgeries being fusions, laminectomies, decompressions, craniotomies, and tumor resections. Our medical team specializes in caring for orthopedic and neurologic patients, managing all fractures that present at the hospital, as well as surgical site infections and other postoperative complications.
