We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide exceptional rehabilitation care to patients in clinical and home-care settings. This position is integral to improving patient mobility, function, and overall quality of life through hands-on evaluation and treatment planning. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate patients' physical conditions, injuries, and movement dysfunctions. Develop and implement personalized treatment and rehabilitation plans. Deliver patient-centered therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, recovery plans, and injury prevention strategies. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records. Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Support home care, outpatient, or remote therapy programs as required. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and ethical practices. Requirements: Fresher to 1 year of experience in Physical Therapy is preferred. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field. Valid Physical Therapist license or certification (state-specific). Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and best practices in patient care. Experience or exposure to home care services is a plus. Ability to work effectively in on-site, home-based, or remote settings. Familiarity with technology-based or virtual therapy solutions is an advantage.
