Job Summary As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will leverage the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide personalized nursing care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, to ensure optimal care planning and implementation. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering care across all phases of preventive care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and patient follow-up. Planning and coordinating patient care, performing assessments, educating patients, triaging, and executing various nursing interventions. Practicing within the nursing scope in line with the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing program is required; a Bachelor’s Degree in nursing is preferred. Current, unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs, or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Must obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
