Use your account management skills to help shape our commercial agenda in Ukraine and help grow the love for the LEGO brand and our active share and consumer sales in-country with a focus on small-to-medium retailer partnerships and long-term planning with face-to-face selling of a variety of products, services and/or solutions across multiple lines of business for a defined group of existing clients. Core Responsibilities
- Build and maintain partnerships, and create joint value to drive business growth
- Manage a portfolio of small to medium retailer accounts serving as the primary point of contact
- Sales Management: handle customers' sales target setting and delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations
- Assortment Management: form assortment plan based on store segmentation and ensure execution
- Stock Management: ensure healthy in-stock rate and stock return through collaboration with teams in Operations
- Retail execution: collaboration with Trade Marketing teams to ensure planograms, visual merchandising, campaign assets, and activities are delivered
- Monthly forecasting of total sales plan as well as item level forecasting for specific occasions
- Development of customer business plans, campaign, and account initiatives
- Trade investment responsibility (with support) entering into trade terms dialogue.
- Explore new opportunities in market whilst building sustainable long-term partnerships

The team collaborates effectively across Poland, Ukraine, and Baltic (PUB) region, to improve the business potential of the sales channels whilst building the brand through engaging in-store experiences targeted both consumers and shoppers.
Do you have what it takes?
- Proven exposure to account management, preferably within a top tier international FMCG with exposure to smaller/ medium sized retailer accounts
- Solid strategic orientation proven by an ongoing development of own area of responsibility.
- Curious and customer centric, results minded with a demonstrable performance record.
- Excellent collaboration skills demonstrating active listening and adapting communication style to suit.
- PC skills – Microsoft suite (Excel and PowerPoint being critical) as well as Power BI.
- Ukraine fluency is essential and proficiency in English both written and spoken is necessary (your CV should be presented in English demonstrating your English language skills).
- An ability to work 3 days per week from our office in Kyiv (2 days working from home).
