Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) applies the nursing process - assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation, and evaluation - to deliver personalized nursing care to patients. Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, the RN plays a crucial role in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. You will utilize your nursing expertise while caring for patients across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. The RN will be responsible for planning and coordinating care, conducting patient assessments, providing education, triaging, and executing various nursing interventions, all while adhering to the guidelines established in the Nurse Practice Act and the standards outlined by the American Nurses Association. Qualifications To be considered for this role, candidates must: Graduate from an accredited nursing program. A Bachelor’s Degree in nursing is preferred. Maintain an unencumbered RN license with the respective State Board of Nursing, or possess multistate licensure if applicable. Obtain and maintain required competencies and certifications specific to the department.
