Team Overview: Candidate will be working closely with a team Resource's typical working day: • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytics models to visualize KPIs and trends. • Analyze operational metrics including capacity utilization, resource allocation, and project efficiency. • Support ad hoc analysis and executive reporting needs in a fast moving environment. Develop benchmarking models and forecasting scenarios to support strategic decision making. • Collaborate with cross functional teams to align data sources, improve data quality, and streamline reporting. Licenses/Certifications: Any applicable certifications are highly preferred Must Have Skills: Ideal Candidate Analytical, curious, adaptable, and able to translate data into clear business insights. Thrives in evolving environments and enjoys improving processes and reporting frameworks. Need excellent verbal and written communication skills. Have the ability to translate data so that stake holders can read, understand, and make actionable decisions from said data. Nice to have skills: Able to move quickly between tasks and respond to data changes. Years of Experience: 3-5 years Education Bachelor's degree highly preferred, but will accept applicable experience in lieu of. Software skills: Power BI Microsoft Suite - Excel Manager will require an example of work that has been done to show how they have presented data in the past. No proprietary information, but will need to be able to clearly show how the information was presented About the Role: As a Operations Management Analyst, you will provide the department with simple day-to-day operations and administrative support. This job is part of the Operations Management job function. They are responsible for coordinating staff functions and operations that support the organization's goals and strategies. What You'll Do: • Coordinate budget preparation. Research and collect input from multiple internal and external resources. • Review monthly department budget reports to maintain expense controls. Prepare commentary and explanation of variances for management review. • Troubleshoot and resolve basic inquiries and requests from internal and external clients. • Track department processes and procedures to identify opportunities to improve service delivery. • Compile a variety of operating, financial, and statistical information reports. Gather information for periodic updates relative to project resources and fiscal plans. • Assist with developing project plans and costs. This includes personnel and fiscal requirements to achieve defined objectives. • Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them. • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. • Impact the quality of own work. • Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. • Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding. What You'll Need: • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems. • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset. • Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
