Job Title: Data Governance Business Analyst (Insurance) Location: Farmington, CT (hybrid onsite) Employment Type: Permanent / Direct Hire Salary Range: $115,000 - $135,000 bonus Job Duties: Operationalize Data Governance by embedding best practices into project workflows and daily operations. Partner with cross-functional project teams to ensure compliance with enterprise data standards. Support the implementation and maintenance of governance platforms such as Data Catalog, MDM, and Data Quality tools. Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain accurate metadata and support data standardization efforts. Engage with business and technical teams to promote awareness and adoption of governance practices. Ideal Background: Expertise in enterprise data governance, data strategy, data quality, data lineage, data mapping, and data integrity. Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement. Proficiency in SQL or querying data for validation and analysis. Understanding of metadata management and data governance tools. Experience with P&C Insurance or Reinsurance industry background.
