Create individualized, evidence-based goals and behavior plans that actually work in real life-home, community, and center. Train, support, and cheer on your RBT team like the clinical rockstars they are. Lead meaningful parent training sessions that empower families. Qualifications Must be licensed as a BCBA. At least a Master's degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university and one year experience working with children on the spectrum.
