Role Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive and ongoing healthcare for individuals and families, including pediatric to geriatric patients. Oversee chronic conditions, preventive care, acute illnesses, and mental health issues via a patient-centered methodology. Completion of a Family Medicine residency from an accredited program. Certifications Board Certification in Family Medicine. Eligibility for (or currently hold) an active Ohio medical license.
