We're seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a part-time role, conducting non-invasive, hands-off assessments in the comfort of our clients' homes. You'll play a key role in ensuring our clients receive the personalized, high-quality care they deserve. What You'll Do: Conduct initial and ongoing in-home client assessments Develop and revise individualized care plans based on client needs Provide oversight and guidance to caregivers to ensure quality of care Monitor client progress and make recommendations for continued service or adjustments Ensure compliance with all relevant state regulations and agency standards What We're Looking For: Current Oklahoma RN license in good standing Strong communication and interpersonal skills Empathy and a genuine passion for elder care Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for home visits Previous home health, hospice, or geriatric nursing experience a plus-but not required If you enjoy the freedom of the open road and building relationships one-on-one, this position is a great fit!
