LPN Wage: $26 to $36 RN Wage: $34 to $48 Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) will utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation) to provide exceptional individual nursing care to our residents. You will collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams, including providers, to plan, execute, and assess care effectively. You'll be responsible for: Providing care across all phases of preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. Coordinating care, performing resident assessments, and educating residents. Functioning within the full scope of nursing practices as established by the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules. Delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel while supervising their activities to ensure safe and reliable resident care. Qualifications We prefer candidates who are graduates from a nationally accredited nursing program, such as CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA. A Bachelor's Degree in nursing is also preferred. You must hold an unencumbered RN license in the state where you practice or possess multistate licensure if applicable. You will be required to maintain necessary department-specific competencies and certifications.
