We are looking for a Licensed Psychologist to play a crucial role in our integrated clinical team. In this position, you will work onsite at various long-term care facilities within your community, providing therapy, assessments, care planning, and behavioral health support. Your Responsibilities Clinical Services Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, including diagnostic assessments and cognitive screenings. Provide individualized psychotherapy tailored to older adults and those with complex medical or cognitive conditions. Facilitate family therapy and provide caregiver support. Lead or co-lead group therapy as appropriate. Implement behavioral management interventions to benefit residents, staff, and families. Develop and execute treatment plans based on evidence-based practices. Manage your caseload independently while applying clinical judgment aligned with ethical standards. Interdisciplinary Collaboration Engage daily with nursing staff, social workers, physicians, and rehabilitation teams. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to care plan reviews. Serve as a behavioral health resource for facility leadership and staff. Consult with facility teams on behavioral strategies and care recommendations. Documentation & Compliance Complete documentation promptly using our Geriatric Notes Tool (GNT). Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with regulatory requirements. Adhere to state laws, CMS expectations, HIPAA standards, and APA ethical guidelines. Facility Partnership Build collaborative relationships with facility personnel.
