Job Description: We are on the lookout for committed, patient-focused physicians to join our talented team. Whether your background is in primary care, internal medicine, addiction medicine, emergency medicine, or urgent care, this position offers you a chance to practice innovative, high-quality medicine outside the constraints of traditional settings. While most of our services are entirely virtual, in-person hybrid opportunities may be available. Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding virtual care, including patient evaluations, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment plans. Provide compassionate, patient-centered care, fostering strong therapeutic relationships with patients. Order and interpret lab tests when necessary to make informed, high-quality treatment decisions. Prescribe medications and offer expert guidance on their proper usage (note: QuickMD does not prescribe controlled substances other than buprenorphine for opioid addiction treatment). Collaborate with a team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and experienced nurses to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care. Stay informed about medical advancements, telehealth innovations, and best practices. Requirements: Active medical license in at least three U.S. states, preferably five, with a willingness to obtain additional state licenses (we provide assistance and cover costs). Must be licensed in at least five states and/or three or more of the following states: CA, FL, NC, PA, TX. Proven experience treating patients in telehealth settings or high-volume in-person environments. Able to schedule and work a minimum of 15 core hours weekly (8AM-6PM locally), over at least four days a week, with scheduling done at least one week in advance. Strong communication skills and a commitment to medical excellence. Comfortable using telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided). A passion for expanding access to care and making a meaningful impact. At least one DEA certification and applicable CSL (if required).
