A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Kingston, PA, on a contract basis, with the potential for part-time candidates as well. The role provides an excellent opportunity to support students with diverse speech and language needs within school settings from the start date ASAP through August 7, 2026. This position primarily involves covering maternity leaves in the Lackawanna County area initially, transitioning to itinerant student support in the Dunmore, PA region during the spring. Key responsibilities include: Providing direct speech-language therapy services to students in school environments Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to support student success Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports Participating in team meetings and professional development activities Necessary qualifications and experience: Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology licensure Proven experience working in school-based settings Ability to obtain and complete Pennsylvania clearances as required Reliable transportation for onsite assignments This role requires onsite presence and does not offer telepractice options.
