Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive patient medical records by researching and consolidating information from diverse sources, using clinical judgment to resolve any discrepancies. Build strong relationships with providers and practice staff; become a valued team member across multiple healthcare settings. Gain in-depth knowledge of our technology and provide training and support to healthcare providers and their teams. Be proactive in following up with providers to ensure all deadlines are met. Share best practices and clinical insights with fellow Clinical Consultants. Qualifications: At least 3 years of recent adult health clinical experience as an RN, preferably in critical care (ICU/CCU/MICU) or emergency departments. Familiarity with Diagnosis, Billing, and Quality Measures Coding is advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with physicians, advanced practice providers, and medical office personnel, both verbally and in writing. Understanding of health insurance benefit structures, especially Medicare and Medicaid. Technologically adept; a genuine interest in software and healthcare technology is crucial. Solid clinical skills with adaptability and a proactive approach in a dynamic environment. Willingness to travel and commute for training and support, and comfortable in a remote work setting. Ability to organize, prioritize, make decisions, and work independently. Excellent problem-solving skills and exceptional organizational capabilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
