Job Overview The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a crucial role in delivering personalized nursing care utilizing the nursing process, working collaboratively with healthcare teams, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities will include conducting patient assessments, providing education, performing triage, and engaging in a variety of nursing interventions while upholding the Nurse Practice Act and established nursing standards. You will provide care across the patient care continuum. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required; a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred. Must hold an unencumbered RN license with the relevant state Board of Nursing or possess multistate licensure in Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) states. Must maintain department-specific competencies and certifications.
