The Whitley County Family YMCA is seeking an enthusiastic and attentive part-time Wellness Center Assistant to join our team to create a welcoming atmosphere that leaves a memorable impression on new and current members. Connect: Strong human relations skills and ability to communicate with participants and program staff. Support: Provide a level of service by connecting with members and their wellness goals, ensuring the safety of members using the facilities, and the ability to respond to emergency situations. Motivate: Orient members with the fitness equipment to ensure a safe and positive environment for the participants to succeed in their wellness goals.
