Our Night Shift Incentive Program rewards full-time night shift RNs with $1,600 quarterly ($6,400 annually). Minimum Requirements: Graduate of an accredited nursing program. State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) with relevant certifications. At least 6 months of Women and Infants nursing experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required valid through 60 days of hire.
