Job Summary: We are excited to welcome a dedicated and adaptable Registered Nurse (RN) to our Primary Care Specialty Float Pool. In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to support approximately 15 primary care clinics, making a significant impact on the health and well-being of diverse communities across the region, from Monument to Fountain, including Woodland Park, Cripple Creek, and beyond. This RN position is perfect for those who thrive in varied environments and enjoy collaborating with different teams. Your schedule will include two 8-hour shifts and one 4-hour shift each week, with a preference for availability on Mondays and Fridays. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional clinical nursing support within primary care medical offices. Float between assigned clinics to address staffing and patient care requirements. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, care coordination, and clinical support as per your nursing practice. Collaborate with providers and clinic teams to facilitate smooth daily operations. Enhance patient education, care planning, and follow-up processes. Ensure accurate documentation of patient care and communications in the electronic medical record. Adapt swiftly to various clinic workflows while maintaining a calm and patient-centered approach. Requirements: Minimum Required Education: Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years experience. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Required Licensure/Certification: State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification and any relevant certifications suitable for the position. Minimum Experience: 6 months of nursing experience. BLS certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer must be valid through sixty days post-hire.
