As an RN in our facility, you'll play a crucial role in offering direct patient care, monitoring safety, and promoting positive outcomes for our diverse patient population. Responsibilities: Take immediate and effective corrective action in response to any adverse symptoms presented by patients. Utilize established nursing standards and protocols to manage patient care situations. Provide expert psychiatric nursing assistance to complex behavioral health patients. Maintain composure and efficiency while handling critical and highly stressful situations. Demonstrate critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: Graduate of an accredited or state board approved Nursing program; a Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred if you have less than 3 years of experience. Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Minimum of 6 months of nursing (RN) experience. Complete Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training within 30 days of hire. Hold a valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer upon hire.
