Under the guidance of a registered nurse (RN), you'll assist residents with their daily activities, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering age-appropriate nursing care as per individual care plans. Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing. Monitoring and recording vital signs while providing emotional support. Facilitating meals and creating a positive dining experience. Assisting with transfers and mobility exercises appropriately and safely. Documenting resident interactions and reporting changes to nursing staff. Support with wellness and recreational programs to enhance resident engagement. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred but not required. Minimum age of 16; prior clinical or nursing assistance experience is a plus. Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing or state-certified within four months of hire. Complete annual competency testing and maintain continuing education credits. For applicable states, be registered with the Unlicensed Assistive Person (UAP) Registry if needed. Must be able to provide a valid driver's license if position requires, following organizational policies.
